For deliveries to be made before Easter they must be in stock and placed before 3pm on Tuesday 26th March. All orders placed after this but before the Easter break will be delivered from the 2nd April onwards. We will be closed from 5pm Thursday 28th March 2013 and re-open on Tuesday 2nd April 2013. All orders placed after 4pm on Thursday 28th March will be processed on our return with the soonest delivery dates to be Thursday 4th April onwards.
At Floor Choice we aim to give you the best possible service with the widest range of products, because of this not all orders can be sent for next day delivery. Orders placed before 12.00pm Monday - Friday will processed that day and where possible will be dispatched. Order placed after 12.00pm Monday - Friday will be processed the next working day. All orders placed on Saturday, Sunday & Bank Holidays will be processed the next working day. If you have a specific delivery requirement please contact us as we will do our best to get the products you want delivered in time. All smaller items / accessories will be sent via TNT or City Link, large items will be sent out via a pallet network. If you live in the Scottish Highlands & Islands please select the appropriate delivery method.
All Laminate Flooring orders over £350 excluding VAT qualify for free delivery. If your order is less than £350 excluding VAT, then a standard delivery charge of £35.00 +VAT will be applied to your order. If your order is under £20.00 + VAT then there is a small order delivery charge of £15.00 + VAT. All delivery and shipping costs can be seen at the bottom of the shopping basket when clicking the "View Shipping/Delivery Cost" button. We Aim to deliver all of our Laminate Flooring orders within 2-3 working days, you will receive an email/phone call to make you aware of the delivery date. No money is taken until the delivery date has been agreed.
Deliveries will be made between 8am and 6pm, you should receive a call 1 hour before arrival.
Engineered and Solid Flooring
At Floor Choice we try and give you the best possible price for flooring on our web site. In order to do this, we must charge delivery for all orders placed on our Engineered and Solid Flooring products. The delivery cost is dependant on both location and the weight of the order, which will determine the size of the pallet that is being charged for. You can see how much the carriage charge is to your address at the bottom of your shopping basket, just click the "View Shipping/Delivery Cost" button. You will need to create an account so the shipping cost can be calculated.
Deliveries will be made between 8am and 6pm.

We aim to deliver all Bushboard Worktops, Splashbacks & Upstands within 2-5 working days from date of order. The delivery costs are below:

- £150 - £224.99 + VAT= £39.95 + VAT
- £225 - £299.99 + VAT = £34.95 + VAT

- £450 - £524.99 + VAT = £19.95 + VAT

Please ensure that the following conditions are met:
There must be an able bodied individual to accept, sign and unload the goods.
There must be sufficient access to the property/street/village for a 30ft Lorry.
There is sufficient parking/unloading space for the delivery vehicle.
General Delivery Information
All deliveries are made to "Kerbside" at the nearest point to the delivery address and the driver is then contracted to get the goods off the delivery vehicle. You must ensure that somebody is there to accept delivery, if you have any specific delivery requirements please let us know in the comments section when placing your order.
PLEASE NOTE - The delivery driver is only contracted to remove the goods from their vehicle and therefore does not have to get the goods into your home. However, some drivers don't mind helping if asked politely but be mindful that they are not obliged to help move the goods.
Every effort is made to ensure your goods are delivered in perfect condition, but we ask that you check the goods before accepting the delivery. We understand that it is difficult to fully inspect the goods so just check there is no physical damage to the packaging of your flooring, if there is please note the damage on the drivers paperwork, obviously we appreciate you can't inspect the goods until the packaging has been removed. If you find when unpacking your flooring that there is damage then please contact us immediately and we will arrange for replacements to be sent out and the damaged goods collected.
Goods that are refused by you the customer on delivery, that are found to be undamaged on return to us will incur the return delivery charge + a re-stocking fee of up to 30% of the value of the goods that are returned where applicable. In the unlikely event that some of your goods are damaged we will collect and replace the product as quickly as possible.
Floor Choice can accept no liability for costs caused by late deliveries or for any other reason.
Please note that if no one is available to accept delivery when it is made there will be a charge of £50 for the failed delivery and, should the order then be cancelled, the re-stocking charge will apply.
