Haro - Quality Flooring

Company Background

Some things change with time: the brickyard and sawmill founded by Franz Paul Hamberger in Rosenheim, Bavaria, in 1866 have grown from a small family business to Germany's leading parquet manufacturer. Some things never change: after more than 140 years Hamberger is still a true family business. It is managed by the company owners in the fourth and fifth generations. This synthesis of tradition and innovation is also reflected in our HARO brand-name Parquet. At Hamberger, high-quality wood from sustainably managed forests is refined with modern manufacturing processes and innovative technologies to a flooring that upgrades every room and turns your house into a home.

Trust in the quality of HARO and in our knowledge and expertise perfected over five generations.

As a subsidiary of the Hamberger Industriewerke GmbH, Hamberger Flooring GmbH & Co. KG covers all matters concerning flooring. The managing directors Peter Hamberger, Dr. Peter M. Hamberger, Uwe Eifert and Jörn Neubert manage the company that involves a range of products from parquet, laminate, cork and linoleum flooring over the exclusive wood tile CELENIO up to sports flooring.

In addition to Hamberger Flooring, Hamberger Industriewerke GmbH also incorporates the Hamberger Sanitary, Hamberger Hardwood and Farming and Forestry divisions.

Today, with its 1750 employees, Hamberger Industriewerke GmbH has an annual turnover of approx. 260 million euros and exports its products into more than 90 countries world-wide in addition to Germany, which is the largest single market.

Three-layer range for floating installation.

Plank 1-strip – Mediterranean flair

Plank 1-strip – Mediterranean flair
Plank 1-strip adds a Mediterranean flair to the room and has a clear-cut, spacious effect. For a touch of elegance, you can combine this design with a light-coloured wood type like the classical oak. If you want to create a striking impact, choose a dark wood type with a distinctive grain pattern. By the way, the top layer of each plank consists of a single, comparatively wide strip of wood. This underlines the attributes of each wood in an especially way.
Board dimensions
180 x 2200 mm (7 3/32" x 86 5/8") or 173 x 2200 mm (6 13/16" x 86 5/8")

Carré – a strong personality

Carré parquet combines a unique individual look with high durability. Contrary to all the other designs, the top layer is not cut lengthwise. It is composed of slabs of cross-cut wood (about 1/8" thick) that have been precisely aligned and fit together to make up the boards. This additional effort is well worth it! If you are looking for a traditional parquet with a rustic character, this design is just what you are looking for.

Longstrip – vibrancy and character

Longstrip brings life to your home. Each floorboard is composed of offset parallel strips arranged in a regular pattern. This gives the parquet design its special character and modern appearance, and adds an individual touch to every room.
